- Site Crew
Each location has a designated crew and supervisor, who work only at that site, so you get the same, experienced team at your lot every time.
- Communication
All supervisors are equipped with radios, pagers and cellular phones for fast communication to increase efficiency, reduce the chance of errors and ensure proper service.
- Snow Removal/Relocation
After heavy continuous snowfalls of several days, Parking Place, Inc. has the capability to reposition snow piles on site with end loaders and dump trucks or haul snow offsite.
- Reports/Record Keeping
The company provides excellent record keeping and reporting. Staff faxes or e-mails a snow control sheet, which is a description of each day's/night's work, within 24 hours. Descriptions include snowfall amount for the site (from the National Weather Service), hours worked and material used. These reports help answer questions and resolve problems.
- Weather Tracking
The company subscribes to three weather-reporting services that enable it to track storm movement continuously and compile accurate reports for each location.
- Budgeting
The staff can assist property management in budgeting for snow removal by estimating costs based on snowfall and work records for comparable properties.

Sidewalk Services
- Snow Removal
Designated site crews use snow blowers, rotary brooms and shovels to clear all sidewalks, fire exits and dumpster areas. They work on a nonstop basis during continuous and/or heavy snowfalls to ensure safety at tenants' doors.
- Ice Control
Parking Place, Inc. uses only the best ice-control material you can buy for sidewalks: calcium chloride. It melts ice and snow at a lower air temperature than any other product and reduces damage to landscaping.
